The Demand Project Manager will oversee demand management processes, from project request definition to the project's Kick-Off phase. The role involves aligning business requirements with technical solutions while maintaining high levels of communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution to ensure optimal project prioritization and resource allocation.

Demand Management:

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to identify, assess, and prioritize demands.

Analyse requests, validate feasibility, and ensure alignment with organizational strategies.

Document and synthesize business needs into clear, actionable project definitions.

Project Preparation:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Prepare necessary documentation and approvals required before initiating a project.

Conduct preliminary risk assessments and resource estimations.

Assess specific architecture design requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Facilitate discussions with various stakeholders, ranging from technical teams to executive leadership.

Present and justify decisions clearly and assertively, reassessing requests when acceptance criteria are not met.

Conflict Resolution and Negotiation:

Proactively address and resolve conflicts between competing demands.

Negotiate priorities and resource allocation with a focus on organizational goals.

Handover to Project Management:

Ensure all required project information and documentation is ready before handing over to the Project Manager.

Job description

We are looking for a Junior QA Application Testing for our Business Financial Services department. Key individual contributor to the SCRUM team in the area of Q&A. Works with the team to ensure standard quality practices/processes are followed. Conducts end-to-end, integration and service testing on applications and technology, to ensure that business, technical, functional requirements are being met throughout the sprint. Designs and Executes test scripts based upon test strategy/plans in an effort to identify defects prior to production. Tests may be manual, automated or both.

Responsibilities

• Functional testing, automated where possible of all developments in QA team
• Actively participate in the Agile ceremonies for your SRUM team
• Design Testcases and refine acceptance criteria in coordination with Product Owners and Stakeholders
• Implementation, execution and monitoring test plan for all User Stores in the current sprint in coordination with Developer/Programmer
• Test execution reporting, defect reporting, regression test revision
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery process by certifying any change in the system
• Key relationships: Developers, Product Owners and other colleagues in the IT department
